Eligibility Criteria:

| Education | Must have minimum Graduate or equivalent Degree from HEC recognized local or foreign University. Candidates with Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing and relevant Certification will be preferred. |
| Experience | At least minimum 4 Years of banking and finance sector experience with at least 2 Years of Experience in area of home remittance customer services, payment services and as of market officer. |

Job Responsibilities:
- Must Provide and Supervise important assistance and guidance to the Home Remittance complaints handling team with ongoing issues and their assigned responsibilities.
- Must Assists in timely resolution and effective management of critical complaints received from NBP’s remittance business partners / tie-ups, PRI Banks and State Bank of Pakistan PRI team.
- Must be oversee the activation of on-hold and delayed transactions received from branches and beneficiaries on a day-to-day basis.
- Must maintain MIS / record of all critical home remittance complaints.
- Must performed any other assignments as assigned by the Supervisors.
